Fremont Street Experience’s Rock of Horror Costume Contest
Participation/ Eligibility
Age Limit: Participants must be 21 years or older to enter the contest. Valid ID required.
Entry Process: Contestants must register at the designated check-in booth prior to the start of the contest. Registration is free, but spots may be limited.
Rules/ Regulations
Originality & Creativity:Costumes must be creative, original, and preferably handmade or heavily customized. Store-bought costumes are allowed but may not score as highly.
Appropriateness:All costumes must be suitable for public viewing. Nudity, offensive imagery, or inappropriate themes (such as hate symbols, excessive gore, or controversial subjects) are strictly prohibited.
Props & Safety:Props are allowed but must be safe and non-threatening. No real or replica weapons (firearms, swords, etc.). Props will be subject to inspection by event security.
Size & Mobility:Costumes must allow safe mobility. Overly large or obstructive costumes may be limited or disqualified for safety reasons.
Registration location
You will be able to locate the Fremont Street Experience check in table behind the 3rd Street Stage on the right side next to the D Hotel and Casino. Please ensure all members of your group are present and in costume when you arrive at the check-in table.
Registration will begin at 6:00 PM on October 31st and will end at 8:30PM on October 31st any guests that has not completed the registration process after 8:30PM will not participate in the Rock of Horror Costume Contest.
