We’re proud to announce the SlotZilla zipline here at Fremont Street Experience has been named the best zipline in the world!
All right, that wasn’t the exact wording, but pretty much.
For the second year in a row, SlotZilla has been honored with three “Best of Las Vegas” awards, as voted by the readers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
For 2018 and 2019, SlotZilla was named “Best Amusement Ride,” “Best Extreme Adventure” and “Best Family Attraction.”
That’s right, the best ride and extreme adventure in Las Vegas! And because Las Vegas is the best place in the world, one might even say SlotZilla was named the best zipline in the world. Just play along for once.
Congratulations to all the runners-up in these categories, whomever they might be. Vegas is for winners. Just saying.
SlotZilla has welcomed more than two million riders since it opened in 2014, and is a unique way to take in the sights and sounds of Fremont Street, the original Glitter Gulch.
This year’s “Best of Las Vegas” awards join a host of other accolades for SlotZilla, including raves from our ex-girlfriend who thought her flight along Fremont Street was “absolutely, like, amazing.”
SlotZilla is actually two rides in one. Guests can either fly seated (Zip-Zilla) or prone (Super Hero Zoom). It doesn’t matter how you choose to fly, you’re guaranteed to have a blast.

Those who have already flown on SlotZilla are in for a treat when they come back for more. The Viva Vision canopy is undergoing a $32 million renovation. That means your zipline ride will feature a screen that’s four times the resolution and up to seven times the brightness, elevating the experience like never before. Literally. Learn more.
The official unveiling of the renovated Viva Vision screen happens on New Year’s Eve.
Thanks to everyone who voted (there were 9.4 million votes overall) to help make SlotZilla a big winner in this year’s “Best of Las Vegas” awards.
Take a look at what everyone’s raving about!
The whole “Best Zipline in the World” doesn’t seem all that far-fetched now, does it?
It’s worth noting, Fremont Street Experience won second place for “Best Concert Venue” in Las Vegas. Hopefully, you forgot that thing we said about runners-up earlier. Awkward.
Check out all this year’s winners at the official “Best of Las Vegas” awards Web site.
We take your fun seriously, and feel genuinely grateful to have so many high-flying fans. See you on SlotZilla!
