So, how did Vic & Anthony’s become the best steakhouse in Las Vegas? In short, national restaurateur, president and CEO of Landry’s, Inc., Tilman Fertitta, often traveled with his father, Vic. As they sampled steaks from across America, they recognized the qualities and elements that made the food and restaurants truly excellent.
