Thanks to the generosity of adventure-seekers, we collected a whopping $15,940 from SlotZilla zip line ticket sales on Nov. 8, 2014, and the entire amount was donated to one of our community partners, the American Heart Association.
The donation came from all tickets sold for daytime flights (10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) on Nov. 8, coinciding with the American Heart Association’s 2014 Las Vegas Heart & Stroke Walk/Run in downtown Las Vegas. Learn more about the American Heart Association.
A larger-than-life check was presented to the American Heart Association’s Business Development Director, Kerry A. Sallee, by Jeff Victor (below, left), President of Fremont Street Experience and Thomas Bruny, FSE’s Director of Marketing.
The donation to the American Heart Association comes on the heels of two other SlotZilla charity days on behalf of Susan G. Komen of Southern Nevada ($10,000 donated) and Opportunity Village. More SlotZilla donation days are in the works.
Fremont Street Experience, the SlotZilla zip line and our casino partners are honored to collaborate with these great nonprofits to truly make a difference in our community.
