No. Parking is not included in the ticket bundle. Parking is available at The Fremont Street Parking Garage located on the corner of 4th St and Carson St. Limited parking is also available in the lot next to The Mob Museum. Both parking options require a minimal fee.

Guests must present their e-ticket or physical ticket as proof of purchase at The Mob Museum box office for general admission validation and to ride SlotZilla.
Do I have to visit The Mob Museum and ride SlotZilla on the same day?
No. SlotZilla reservations c either in advance online, or on the same day in the SlotZilla Box Office. The Mob Museum ticket is redeemable up to 90 days from your SlotZilla reservation date. Guests must bring their e-ticket or physical ticket as proof of purchase to The Mob Museum box office for general admission validation once ready to redeem.
Are there any blackout dates or time restrictions?
The ticket bundle is valid during regular operating hours. Please note that holidays or special hours may apply. Check The Mob Museum or SlotZilla websites for current hours of operation.

No. The ticket bundle cost is the same during all regular business hours.
If SlotZilla shuts down due to weather during my ride reservation, will I be issued a refund?
Yes. If the ride closes temporarily due to weather, all guests for the affected reservation times can get a full refund. Riders can also choose to update their reservation time free of charge. See the SlotZilla Box Office for more details.
