SlotZilla Millionth Flyer Celebration Official Rules

We’re giving away free rides and $10,000 during our SlotZilla One Millionth Flyer Celebration at Fremont Street Experience, the world’s ultimate zipline. Here are the official rules of the giveaway.

1.    Eligibility

Official Rules – SlotZilla Month of the Millionth Flyer Campaign (Campaign) is open to any person who is at least twenty one (21) years old at the time of the entry. The Campaign is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Fremont Street Experience and SlotZilla, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the Employees), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2.    Sponsor
The Campaign is sponsored by The Fremont Street Experience Limited Liability Company (“Fremont Street Experience”).

3.    Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Campaign constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

4.    Campaign Period
Entries will be accepted online starting midnight Sept. 1, 2016 and ending midnight Sept. 30, 2016. On-site entries will be accepted during normal business hours starting Sept. 1, 2016 and ending Sept. 30, 2016. Entries that are submitted before or after the Campaign period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Campaign using any of the following methods: On-Site and Online. During the Campaign period, an individual may purchase a maximum of four SlotZilla wristbands per transaction.

5.    How to Enter
There are two opportunities to enter:

On-Site: This method of entry will be available at the SlotZilla Box Office in Las Vegas, NV. Winners will be chosen at random via ticketing kiosks in the SlotZilla box office under the supervision of Fremont Street Experience.

Facebook: The Campaign must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on Fremont Street Experience’s official Facebook page. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Fremont Street Experience. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Fremont Street Experience.

6.    Prizes
Between Sept. 1- Sept. 30, 2016, daily ticket giveaways will be held on Facebook and on-site.

Facebook: One (1) pair of tickets to SlotZilla will be given away daily for use on either the upper “Zoomline” or lower “Zipline.” Prize can be redeemed at the SlotZilla box office up to a year from being awarded the prize.

On-site: One (1) pair of tickets to SlotZilla will be given away daily for use on either the upper “Zoomline” or lower “Zipline.” Prize can be redeemed at the SlotZilla box office up to a year from being awarded the prize. Winners will be chosen randomly at point of ticket redemption via ticketing kiosks in the SlotZilla box office under the supervision of Fremont Street Experience. Must be present to win.

On Sept. 28, 2016, one person chosen randomly at point of sale/ticket redemption via ticketing kiosks in the SlotZilla box office, under the supervision of Fremont Street Experience, will receive a Grand Prize of $1,000 and a one-year pass to fly on SlotZilla for use on either the upper “Zoomline” or lower “Zipline.” Nontransferable and can only be used once per day. Must be present to win.

On Sept. 28, 2016, 10 (nine, plus the aforementioned Grand Prize winner) people chosen randomly at point of sale/ticket redemption via ticketing kiosks in the SlotZilla box office, under the supervision of Fremont Street Experience, will each receive $1,000 in the form of a check. Must be present to win.

The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Fremont Street Experience. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. In the event that there is no winner, or a winner declines or forfeits the prize, it will return as property to the Sponsor. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Fremont Street Experience to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7.    Odds
Facebook: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
On-site: The odds of winning depend on the number of SlotZilla wristbands purchased.

8.    Winner Notification
Facebook winners: Winner will be notified by e-mail within seven (7) days following selection of Winner. Fremont Street Experience shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

On-site winners: Winner will be notified by Fremont Street Experience employees at the time of ticket redemption. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

9.    Terms & Conditions
Fremont Street Experience reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Fremont Street Experience’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, Fremont Street Experience may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Fremont Street Experience. Fremont Street Experience reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Fremont Street Experience has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Fremont Street Experience reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.    Limitation of Liability
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Fremont Street Experience and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

11.    Disputes and Waiver of Jury Trial
THIS CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE U.S. AND NEVADA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action (the rights to which are expressly waived), before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Clark County, Nevada. PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY CLAIM, SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING, BROUGHT BY PARTICIPANT, ON OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO THE CAMPAIGN OR THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY RELATED DOCUMENT OR THE DEALINGS OF THE PARTIES WITH RESPECT HERETO OR THERETO, SHALL BE TRIED ONLY BY A COURT AND NOT BY A JURY.  PARTICIPANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, INTENTIONALLY AND INTELLIGENTLY, WAIVES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING.  Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participants actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
