1. How much are the tickets?

Total “All-In” Price for 2023/24 NYE ticket = $65.00 (see breakdown below)

      • Ticket Price = $55.00
      • LET Tax (Live Entertainment Tax) = $5.37
      • Processing Fee = $4.63

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Performances and entertainment are subject to change and/or cancellation for unforeseen circumstances, including inclement weather.

2. Where can I purchase tickets?

Slotzilla Box Office location: 4th Street & Fremont Street (next to Walgreens)

On December 31st

Slotzilla ticket office and at all gates after 6:00 p.m.

3. What should I do if I did not get a confirmation after purchasing my ticket?

Check your spam/junk folder for an email from noreply@vegasexperience.com. Your order can also be looked up in the SlotZilla box office.

4. Is there an age limit?

Guests must be 21 or older. No one under 21 will be allowed in, even if they are accompanied by someone 21 and over.

5. Can I still access the hotels and casinos?

Yes, if you have your FSE, NYE entry wristband on.

6. When do gates open and entertainment begin for the New Year’s Eve Party?

6PM, pst. For event opening time and entertainment schedule check back here for latest information.

7. If I Ieave the party, can I come back in?

Yes, but you will need to go through security screening checkpoint once again.

8. Does my ticket include drinks?

No, but there are plenty of bars along Fremont Street to purchase drinks. (Please visit VegasExperience.com for information about our partner properties.)

9. Can I bring a bag into the event?

A small purse is OK, but it cannot be larger than 6 inches by 12 inches. See our website vegasexperience.com for more information on the “Clear Bag Policy”

10. If I already purchased my tickets online, where can I pick up my wristbands?

All wristbands are picked up the day of the event (Sunday, 12/31). You can pick up your wristbands at all gate locations – enter through the will call entrance specifically for wristband pickup.

11. What proof do I need in order to pick up my wristband?

You will need a valid passport or, state issued ID.

Provide your hard copy confirmation ticket or, QR code/mobile phone email verification of ticket

12. Are there restrictions on what I can bring into the event?

Yes. No strollers, no packaged beverages, no coolers, no chairs, no backpacks/luggage/bags, no costume masks, no weapons- real or fake, no glass/aluminum. Also, no amplified sound or signs of any kind will be permitted.

FSE will not hold onto unpermitted items denied at the time of entry nor have any type of onsite lockers or storage for items.

13. Are there any special discounts or offers for the NYE event?

No

14. Does Uber and Lyft have an area for drop/off and pick up on Fremont Street Experience?

Yes the two locations are located on the corners of 4th Street & Fremont Street and 1st Street & Ogden.

15. What equipment is allowed for those with mobility issues?

Walker chairs are allowed and Wheelchairs are allowed

Fremont Street Experience is 100% compliant with all ADA regulations. People with mobility, circulatory, respiratory, or neurological disabilities are allowed to use devices for mobility this includes walkers, canes, crutches, or braces, manual or power wheelchairs, or electric scooters.
