It’s a chance for you and the one you love to have a message on the world’s largest LED canopy screen, Viva Vision!

 

What is Viva Vision?

Viva Vision is a five-block digital display rising 90 feet above Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas. It is the largest LED canopy screen in the world! The Viva Vision screen has 12.5 million LEDs, all ready to light up the love of your life!

 

How does it work?

It’s easy! First, download the order form and fill it out. Then, submit the form by e-mail. We’ll follow up with you and give you further direction. Then you’ll submit a photo and the names you’d like to appear on the Viva Vision screen. You get to choose where your photo will appear (see map, below), as well as the frame that will showcase your image. We’ll do the rest.

 

 

How do I submit my photo?

Photos, frame selection and names will be submitted by e-mail. We’ll follow up by phone or e-mail to schedule your time slot and Viva Vision zone.

 

How long will my message be on the screen?

Your love note will appear on the Viva Vision screen for five minutes at a specific location and time. You’ll have plenty of time to take photographs and video, with some additional time to make out.

 

What time will my love note be shown?

Your love note will appear on the Viva Vision screen between 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14th, 2018. Don’t worry, we’ll call you to plan and coordinate your exact time and location.

 

Where will my love note be shown?

Viva Vision will be divided into 10 zones, or “bays,” and you’ll get to choose where your photo appears, based upon availability. That way, if you have dinner plans at a casino, you can have the photo appear in the section closest to the casino.

 

What does it cost?

The cost for a standard photo and message is $500. If you’d like to submit a custom message, the cost is $750. All sales are final, no refunds.

 

If I choose a custom message, how long can it be?

Up to 40 characters.

 

How do I pay?

There are two forms to download. One is the request form, the other is the credit card authorization form. We’ll need both to process your order. Checks must be received by Feb. 10, 2018. Cash is not accepted.

 

If I break up with my girlfriend before Valentine’s Day, can I cancel my order?

Refunds or changes to your request must be made within 48 hours after the change is made, and you’ll receive either a refund or an adjustment. No refunds will be issued after 48 hours of the charge. Note: Having a love note on the Viva Vision screen might help you make up, so just go with it.

 

What kind of photo do I need to submit?

Please submit a clear, sharp photo. Typically, photos taken on smartphones are fine.
