If you’re heading downtown for a good time, here’s everything you need to know about Fremont Street parking.
Where Is the Fremont Street Experience Parking Garage?
Fremont Street Experience Parking Garage
111 S. 4th Street
Las Vegas, NV 89101

Entering the Parking Garage
The official Fremont Street Experience parking garage is located right in the heart of downtown. You’ll find the entrance on 4th Street between Fremont Street and Carson Avenue. Because 4th Street is a one-way road, you will need to turn onto 4th Street from Carson Avenue to enter the parking garage.
Exiting the Parking Garage
You will exit the parking garage at a different location than where you entered. The exit is on Carson Avenue, between Las Vegas Boulevard and 4th Street. You can make a right onto Carson, then a right onto 4th Street, to take you to the freeway entrances for I-515, US 95 or I-15, which you use to access the Strip.
If you’re unfamiliar with the area, plug in your destination address before leaving the garage. There are a few one-way streets in downtown that can throw you off, so take a minute to set up your GPS and get to where you’re going safely.

Fremont Street Parking Rates
While parking rates may change for special Fremont Street events, here are the standard parking rates for the Fremont Street Experience garage:
- First 15 minutes: FREE
- $4 per hour
- $20 daily maximum rate (24 hours)
- $20 lost ticket rate
In the rare case of a major downtown event or festival, there may be a higher flat rate to park in the garage. These rates will be clearly marked on the digital sign at the parking garage entrance.
Monthly Parking Rates
If you work in the downtown area, the Fremont Street garage offers reasonable monthly parking rates. It’s $60 for the first month and $50 per month after that. Purchase your monthly pass at the Fremont Street Experience executive office reception desk on the second floor of the garage.

What To Expect When Parking at Fremont Street Parking Garage
Get Your Parking Ticket
After pulling in, there are two Flash kiosks where you can get your parking ticket. The touchscreen will give you a few options, including inserting your credit card or printing a ticket. It’s typically easiest to press the red “Get a Ticket” button, and pay later before leaving. The arm will raise after your ticket prints.
Finding a Parking Spot
Pull forward and turn right onto the ramp that will take you to the second floor. You can start looking for open spots starting here. Just be sure the space you choose is not reserved for permit parking only, such as iHeartRadio employee permits.
If it’s a little crowded on the second and third floors, keep circling up to the fourth or fifth levels. There’s typically plenty of parking on these floors with a little extra wiggle room on the very top.
Before Leaving Your Car
Now that you’ve found the perfect spot, there are a few things to do before you leave your car. First, take valuables with you or hide them, so they are not out in the open. Although the parking garage is well lit and has security, it’s better not to take a chance.
Then, take note of where you parked. Every level and each section of the garage is marked with a number and letter to make it easier to find your vehicle. Do yourself a favor and snap a quick picture before leaving.
Where You’ll End Up
With the parking minutia out of the way, on to the fun. Take the elevators down to the first floor of the garage for direct access to the Fremont Street Experience pedestrian mall. You’ll exit right next to the SlotZilla launch tower, where riders take off on the thrill of a lifetime. With so much to do and see downtown, it’s best to just dive right in.

Paying for Parking at the Fremont Street Experience
When it’s time to leave Fremont Street and head to your next destination, there are a few convenient ways to pay for parking.
First and Second Floor Kiosks
If you brought your parking ticket with you, there are multiple kiosks on the first floor, with an additional one on the second floor by the elevator. Simply scan your parking ticket and pay with cash or credit card. The kiosk will then print a receipt with a barcode that you’ll need to scan at the exit for the arm to open.
Text or Scan QR Code
If you didn’t bring your ticket with you or you don’t want to wait in line to pay at the kiosk, there is another way to pay. Use your phone to text “PAY” to (702) 996-3573, or scan the payment QR code by the elevators on every floor. This will take you to parkwhiz.com by Flash where you can scan your parking ticket and pay online.
You do not have to download an app. Just pay through the secure ParkWhiz website directly using a credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. This will display a barcode on your phone that you’ll scan at the garage exit. However, there is a $0.50 service fee with this option.
