Project BBQ serves a simple, but incredibly delicious menu on southern comfort food. First, you choose your protein, like beef brisket, BBQ chicken, or marinated pulled pork. Your choice of meat is then laid on a french roll and topped with “truck made” coleslaw and served with a side of homemade kettle chips!
