What is the difference between Zip Line and Zoom Line?

There are two modes of riding SlotZilla. Zip Line is 850ft long and launches from the lower line, ending between Fremont Hotel and Four Queens. Zoom Line is 1700ft long, uses the upper line, and ends at Main Street. Zip Line riders fly seated; Zoom Line riders fly in a 'superhero' belly-down position.

Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at the SlotZilla Box Office on Fremont Street or online at VegasExperience.com.

Is the Boarding Time the time I will actually 'fly'?

No, boarding time is when you begin the line queue. You will be weighed, harnessed, and go through safety checks before flying.

How long from my Boarding Time will I fly?

Allow approximately 1 hour to complete the entire process, including safety checks.

Does SlotZilla often sell out, or limit the number of riders on the zipline?

Yes, SlotZilla often sells out. Tickets are first come, first served. Booking in advance is recommended.

Can I exchange my tickets online?

Exchanges are allowed for unexpired tickets for a $10 fee per ticket. Late arrivals are subject to the same fee and must wait for the next available time.

Can I bring food or drinks on my ride?

No. No open containers, food, alcohol, cans, or glass bottles are allowed on the ride.

Are there lockers for personal items?

No lockers, but an 11.5” x 9.25” zipped bag is provided for storing personal items, securely attached to your gear.

Can I wear flip-flops on SlotZilla?

No. Flip-flops and crocs are not allowed. Use the provided zipped bag for storing them. Secure footwear is required.

Do I have to walk upstairs to get to the take-off platforms?

Yes. Zip Line riders must walk up 7 flights of stairs. ADA elevators are available for Zoom Line riders.

Where do the SlotZilla zip lines start and end?

All rides start at the SlotZilla tower between 4th Street and Las Vegas Blvd. Zip Line ends between Four Queens and Fremont Casino. Zoom Line ends between Golden Gate and Circa by Main Street.

How long does the flight on SlotZilla take?

Zip Line takes about 30 seconds. Zoom Line takes about 1 minute.

Can a guest with disabilities fly SlotZilla?

Yes, in most cases. A supervisor will assist and a guest must be met at landing by someone from their party with their wheelchair. Restrictions apply for prosthetic limbs.

What are the weight restrictions to ride SlotZilla?

Zip Line: minimum 50 lbs. Zoom Line: minimum 80 lbs. Maximum for both is 300 lbs.

What are the age requirements to ride SlotZilla?

Riders 13 and under must be accompanied by another rider who is at least 13. Both must meet weight requirements and have tickets.

Is there a height limit?

Yes, maximum height is 6’8″. Riders must also meet weight requirements.

Can we ride in tandem with a guest?

No. Each flight is single-rider only.

How many people launch at a time?

Four people can launch at once per ride, on four separate lines.

What if the ride is closed due to weather?

Guests affected by closures are offered a full refund or may reschedule their boarding time for free.

How long does it take to receive a refund for weather closure?

Cash refunds are immediate. Credit refunds may take up to 14 days and must be refunded to the original form of payment.

Are there discounts for groups?

Yes. Group rates start at 20 tickets. Contact infozip@vegasexperience.com or call 702-678-5780.

Can I purchase photos of my SlotZilla flight?

Yes. Photos are taken before and during the ride and are available at the photo box at your landing area.

Can I use my GoPro or smartphone during my flight?

No. Cameras must be stored in the provided bag. Action cameras are provided and videos can be purchased.

How do I receive my SlotZilla Videos and Photos?

Each group receives a card with a QR code and photocode. Photos are available immediately, videos within 24 hours, and both are available for 60 days.

Any other small prints I should know about?

Riders cannot be under the influence, pregnant, or have recent injuries. SlotZilla may refuse service for safety.

What are the behavior expectations for guests?

Disruptive or aggressive behavior may result in removal without refund. Please treat staff and others respectfully.

What if I lose something on the ride?

Lost items are not guaranteed to be recovered. Secure your belongings before flying.

Can I wear a costume or special outfit?

Yes, as long as it’s safe for harnessing and doesn’t interfere with gear or safety. Private areas must remain covered.

Can I bring my service animal?

No. Animals are not allowed on the ride but may wait with a friend at ground level.

Can I go onto the ride with my family without purchasing a ticket?

No. Only ticketed guests can access the launch tower. Others can watch from ground level.

What happens if I get stuck at the end of the zipline?

Operators will safely assist you. It’s rare and handled quickly. Being rescued does not qualify for a refund.

Are there restrooms on the tower?

No. Please use the restrooms before entering the tower. The closest public restrooms are at nearby casinos.

Can I keep my eyeglasses on during the flight?

Eye glass straps are available to purchase in office ONLY. Please Note: You must be wearing an eye glass strap for you to have your glasses on during the ride.

Can I smoke or drink while waiting in line or on the ride?

No. Absolutely no smoking or drinking on the ride (tower) or throwing them off the ride is allowed. Doing so will result in your removal without a refund.

What do I do if I purchased a ticket online and did not receive it in my email?

Please arrive at the SlotZilla Box Office at least 15 minutes before your boarding time to check in.

If I purchased a ticket online, where should I go?

E-Ticket holders may enter the launch tower between their starting time and the 20-minute grace period. If guests are late for their boarding time, they will have to pay $10 exchanges fees to the next available time.

Do I need a ticket or wristband to attend the concerts?
No. General admission to Downtown Rocks concerts is free and does not require a ticket or wristband to enjoy the show.

Are Downtown Rocks concerts free?
Yes! The Downtown Rocks Summer Concert Series is completely free. No tickets, no velvet ropes, no cover charge—just show up and enjoy the show.

AGE REQUIREMENTS, ENTRY & RE-ENTRY
Is there an age requirement to attend Downtown Rocks concerts?
There is no age requirement to attend Downtown Rocks concerts. However, guests under 18 years of age should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

When can I start lining up for a concert?
Guests may begin lining up once the concert area has been cleared and reopened following the pre-show security sweep. For safety and event preparation, guests will not be permitted to hold or reserve a place in the concert area before it officially reopens. Reopening times may vary by concert, so please follow posted signage and directions from Fremont Street Experience security and event staff on the day of the concert.

Will I have to go through metal detectors to get into the concert area?
Yes. All guests entering the concert area will be required to pass through a designated security screening area equipped with metal detectors.

Can I leave the concert area and re-enter?
Yes. Guests may leave and re-enter the concert area but will be required to go through security screening each time they re-enter.

VIP ACCESS

What is VIP and how can I get access?
Guests who have a VIP wristband or credential get access to the VIP area which is directly in front of the stage, giving the best viewing of the show.

There are two ways to upgrade your concert experience with VIP access:

Party Pit
On select concert nights, visit the Fremont Street Party Pit. The Party Pit is setup from 5 – 8pm across from the concert stage. Guests can spin the prize wheel for a chance to win a pair of VIP wristbands, plus other prizes and swag.

SlotZilla VIP Date Night For 2 Packages
Guests can purchase the SlotZilla Downtown Rocks Date Night Ride for 2 package that comes with a pair of VIP SlotZilla tickets, VIP wristbands to Downtown Rocks, SlotZilla T-Shirts and a BOGO drink voucher valid at participating locations.

How do I use my VIP wristband or credential?
Simply wear your wristband or credential, and show a security guard or staff at the front of the stage, where you will then be granted access to the VIP area

Can I purchase a VIP concert wristband by itself?
No. VIP wristbands are not sold individually. Guests can get them through the Fremont Party Pit or as part of the SlotZilla Downtown Rocks Date Night Ride for 2.

Are VIP wristbands good for every Downtown Rocks concert?
No. VIP wristbands are valid for the respective Downtown Rocks Summer Concert Series concert night only. VIP wristbands are not valid past concert night.

PARTY PIT

What is the Fremont Street Party Pit?
The Party Pit is a 10×20 tent hosted and presented by Fremont Street Experience. It is setup on select concert nights offering guests the opportunity to spin a prize wheel for immediate winnings like VIP wristbands, free SlotZilla zipline rides, hotel offers and much more.

How does the prize wheel work?
Guests 21+ must scan the QR code available at the Party Pit and sign up for the Fremont Street VIP Grand Prize Giveaway. Once sign has been confirmed, guests can spin the wheel once for a chance at prizes.

What’s the Fremont Street VIP Grand Prize Giveaway?
Guests who sign up for the Fremont Street VIP Grand Prize Giveaway have a chance to win a 2-night hotel night stay with various perks like food and beverage credit, cabanas and more at participating neighboring hotels on Fremont Street. Five winners will be drawn at the end of the Downtown Rocks Summer Concert Series in October 2026. Prize redemption is valid May – October of 2027.

SIGNS

Can I bring my own sign to the concerts?
Signs must be handheld and reasonably sized and may not obstruct the view of other guests or interfere with the performance. Signs attached to poles, sticks or other rigid supports are prohibited. Fremont Street Experience reserves the right to prohibit any sign deemed inappropriate, disruptive or unsafe.

FOOD & BEVARGE
Can I bring food or drinks to the concert?
Food and beverages purchased from businesses within Fremont Street Experience are permitted in the concert area. Glass containers are not allowed.

STAGES
Where are the Downtown Rocks stages?
Concerts take place across Fremont Street Experience’s three stages: Main Street Stage, 1st Street Stage and 3rd Street Stage. Check the event calendar for schedule and concert details.

There are three stages at Fremont Street Experience all named based on their location on the street:
