We’ve got a special free concert in store in honor of Halloween! You’ll love Here Come the Mummies as they perform a free show on Oct. 27 at 9:00 p.m. The show takes place on our 3rd Street stage, near The D, Four Queens and Fremont casinos.
Here Come the Mummies is an eight-piece funk rock band of “5,000-year-old Egyptian mummies with a one-track mind.”
The band has played massive festivals like Summer Camp, Common Ground, Voodoo Fest, Musikfest, Suwannee Hulaween and Riverbend, and the group has nine studio albums to its credit, as well as a string of live albums and compilations.
The band’s song “Dirty Minds” has been featured on TV shows like shows “Big Shots,” “The Loop” and “Scrubs,” along with the movie, “Fired Up.”
Here Come the Mummies has performed with P-Funk, Al Green, KC and the Sunshine Band, Mavis Staples and Cheap Trick, among others.
