We’re giving away VIP passes to your Downtown Rocks concert of choice! Plus, winners will be entered into a grand prize drawing. The prize? One lucky winner will take home an exclusive Epiphone Les Paul Electric Guitar that’s been signed by the bands and artists in the 2025 Downtown Rocks lineup!

How To Enter

Prior to each Downtown Rocks concert, we’re opening up submissions! To participate, simply complete the entry form on this page during the contest periods announced on Instagram, Facebook and X, as well as at each Downtown Rocks concert. You get 1 entry per contest period, and winners get 2 VIP passes to a Downtown Rocks Concert of choice! Winners are also entered into the grand prize drawing for a chance to win an Epiphone Les Paul guitar that has been signed by the bands and artists on the Downtown Rocks lineup!

VIP winners are selected at random and contacted Thursday prior to each concert. Grand prize winner will be contacted on October 1, 2025.

    Terms & Conditions

    1. Eligibility: This contest is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Employees of Fremont Street Experience, SlotZilla, and their affiliates are not eligible to participate.
    2. Entry: To enter, participants must fill out the form on the landing page: https://vegasexperience.com/downtown-rocks-giveaway/. Each sign up will be counted as 1 entry. 1 entry per participant will be counted. A bonus entry will be given for those who upload a picture of the mural to the form.
    3. Prize: 10 winners will be selected throughout the duration of this giveaway awarding each winner with 2 VIP passes to a Downtown Rocks show of their choice. Winners will be entered into the grand prize drawing for a chance to win (1) Epiphone Les Paul Custom Electric Guitar signed by this year’s lineup of Downtown Rock’s bands and artists. Winners are eligible for up to 1 entry into the grand prize drawing. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
    4. Contest Period: Entries for the grand prize will be accepted until 11:59 PM on 10/1/2025. Entries for the 2 VIP tickets will end Wednesday prior to the concert date. Any entries received after this time will not be eligible.
    5. Winner Selection: (1) grand prize winner will be selected at random and will be notified via email on 10/1/2025. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.     6. Publicity: By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
    7. Disqualification: Any violation of the terms may result in disqualification at the discretion of the contest organizers.
    8. Liability: Fremont Street Experience is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any other circumstances that may prevent participation.
    9. Modification/Finality of Decision: Fremont Street Experience reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice. Fremont Street Experience reserves exclusive rights to decide the winners of the contest, and its decisions are final.
    10. Miscellaneous: By participating in this contest, all entrants waive any and all rights to incidental, consequential, and punitive damages, and further waive the right to participate in any class action. Any and all disputes arising from this contest shall be brought in Clark County, Nevada, which shall be the exclusive forum for any such dispute. To the extent allowed by law, by entering in this contest, you IRREVOCABLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS CONTEST.
