Craps bowl

You only need two. Don't be greedy.

One of the most fun things about craps is the jargon! There are nicknames for just about everything, including dice combinations (a roll of four is called “Little Joe from Kokomo,” for example).

Tools of the trade in craps also have names, and even seasoned craps players may not know them all.

In craps, when there’s a new shooter, a dealer called the “stickman” offers a selection of shiny new dice to the player.

The act of pouring out the dice so the player can choose two is called “dumping the bowl.”
