Las Vegas Named Top Fourth of July Destination, Possibly Ever

Travel Web site Priceline.com has announced its annual list of top destinations for Independence Day. Not surprisingly, Las Vegas came out on top. Because it’s Vegas, baby.

Priceline’s Top 50 list is based upon hotel room bookings. Here are the top 50 results:

1. Las Vegas
2-50. Everywhere Else

Seriously, though, Las Vegas wins. If you must see the full list, get it at Priceline.

There shall be rock.

Because July 4 is also the first Friday of the month, please note that Fremont Street Experience will have special access and rules in effect. Restrictions include the concert, which starts at 9:00 p.m., being limited to those 18 and older.

Thanks for making Las Vegas the most popular destination for the fourth of July, and pretty much every other day of the year, too.
