Your Guide to Las Vegas Pride Festival 2019 in Downtown Las Vegas

When it comes to downtown Las Vegas, one thing’s for sure—there is definitely no lack of diversity!

To celebrate this diversity and the Las Vegas LGBTQ community, the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center is hosting the annual Las Vegas Pride Night Parade and the Las Vegas Pride Family Festival on October 11 and 12, 2019.

Here’s what you need to know:

Pride 2019 Lineup

On Friday, October 11, 2019, the annual Las Vegas Pride Night Parade will take place in downtown Las Vegas. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. with the parade pre-show starting on the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center’s main stage at 6:30 p.m.

You can expect performances and acts by these famous artists:

  • Kiesza
  • Vassy and Cazwell
  • “RuPaul’s Drag Race” stars Manila Luzon and Bob the Drag Queen
  • Inaya Day
  • DJ Rex Von Rex
  • Empire Records
  • Nikki Exotika

Pride Night Parade 2019

Following the pre-show performances, the official Pride Parade is scheduled to start at 8:00 p.m.

The parade route will be starting at Gass Avenue and head north on 4th Street to Bridger Ave. The parade ends at the main stage on Bridger, which is two blocks south of Fremont Street Experience.

In true Pride fashion, there will be competitions galore with trophies waiting for the best decorated vehicle, best use of lighting, best float, best pet entry, the Grand Diva Award for best overall parade entry, and more.

Get ready for a party.

Pride After Party 2019

Immediately following the parade, the celebrations continue at the official Las Vegas Pride Parade After Party at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center. This is the perfect event to enjoy live music, dance the night away, catch a popup drag show and display your Las Vegas Pride in style.

Although much of the festivities are appropriate for all ages, there is also a Pride after dark section which is only open to adults 18 years or older. This starts on Friday, October 11, from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m and Saturday, October 12, from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Pride Family Festival 2019

On Saturday, October 12, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., enjoy live music, dancing and hundreds of vendors at the Pride Family Festival. Serving up food, drinks, merchandise and entertainment, this event is perfect for attendees of all ages.

Locker rentals will be provided and admission is available at the door. However, it’s always best to purchase tickets ahead of time to make sure the event doesn’t sell out before you get there. You can also buy a two-day pass that includes the parade, after party and family festival.
