Our security force is an integral part of creating a safe, welcoming, and fun environment that lives up to our reputation as one of the world’s most beloved destinations.

With over 70 full-time security officers, our security team provides services 24/7, 365 days a year. During special events, we augment our staffing with additional contracted security officers.

Security officers are extensively trained in a variety of areas, including active shooter/assailant scenarios, emergency management, Homeland Security, OC spray, handcuffing, controlled force techniques, de-escalation, and relevant aspects of criminal law. Our officers are also trained in advanced first aid, CPR, and Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs).

Fremont Street Experience security deploys uniformed officers, undercover officers, and Performer Enforcement Officers (PEO). Our officers patrol in electric carts, on bicycles, and foot patrols, which are all coordinated by a central dispatch command.

Opportunities for advancement include potential promotion through the ranks of Security Corporal, Security Sergeant, Security Lieutenant, Security Manager, and Director of Security.

Team members work in close cooperation with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and City of Las Vegas Marshals to provide around-the-clock presence and high visibility patrols, so our guests are assured a safe environment.

A state-of-the-art surveillance system supplements the efforts of our security officers, incorporating more than 300 high-definition cameras. Fremont Street Experience security officers work out of the Police Substation in a state-of-the-art, first of its kind, facility that brings together police officers from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, City of Las Vegas Marshals, and private security officers who work in close partnership to ensure the safety of our guests.
